Being able to do use letter abbreviations when doing things besides /pay

Currently, commands like `/pay [username] 100k` and `/pay [username] 2m` support shorthand number formats (`k` = thousand, `m` = million). However, other economy-related commands such as `/ah list 13k` and `/voida bid 123m` do not recognize these formats.

Please make shorthand values consistent across all money-based commands so players can use formats like `k`, `m`, and possibly `b` everywhere amounts are entered.
