improving network problem

Dear StrongCraft Team

Please improve the network problemm that drove me crazyyy. not only that my ping was 30k high During Drop Party which i lost the drop party for the second time you don't understand the frustration i was in. maybe please change the server host (i know this might be a big ask) but Canada is way far for people who are around europe,asia,and africa .people around there are struggling to get a peaceful ping here i will send u the screenshot of how my ping was. Please please please! improve that and also the very important point for your server to fix because without a good network connection and ping being high, players can not be able to play peacefully and might even leave the server which i thought i would because i was extremely frustrated during that time.
