Boss Issue

So basically when people do boss, sometimes only a few players do the boss because the boss is too hard. And more players only come when the boss is low, just to get vote keys or even boss keys. I think that we should like add a limit like for example imagine a boss with 20K health. Once it reaches 5K health, no one else can come to boss fight. Not only does this want to make more people do boss, but prevents people from stealing kills randomly and being frustrating.
