Lower the price of shards to buy claimblocks

So your telling me after all of those hard works to get shards after you finally got 20k shards can only get you 5000 claim blocks? especially for people who start big projects that take big areas which is there worst enemy is Claim blocks. so basically i needed to get lots of claimblocks in order to claim a large area and then after like 30 minutes trying to get shards i was happy with my 20k shards but then realized it can only get me 5000 claim blocks which is annoying pleassseee fix that
