Allow flying with elytra in events

So basically, strongcraft has added the new spear in the game, which requires speed to actually kill players. But, without any speed or something, the spear is pretty useless in events. Because, the spear requires speed, and without an elytra, it's just boring. I think we should allow elytras in events so that players can use the new spear in events. Also, with this, we should add custom spears for example boss hunter spear with the best enchants. I think people will agree with me. Thank you so much for reading my suggestion! Take care.
