Bringing back the specialized hoppers.

For about 3 ish days, sometime after the skyblock reset, I was messing with the hopper UI. The auto-generated messages in the chat had made them apparent to me. This specific hopper plugin allowed a player to transport blocks across an island, into a chest or other storage container. This was so incredibly helpful, and I think it fit the gamemode so well, and I would just love to see it come back again.
