Custom titles

Instead of flooding the entire suggestions page with random titles, why not add an option for custom titles where players can choose any title they want and buy it, now of course to prevent inappropriate/offensive titles, they need to be either approved or rejected, if a player submits such titles on multiple offenses they are blacklisted from submitting titles either temporarily or permanently.

also incase the initial suggestion is rejected plz add "RestlessGambler" as a title thank you :)
