The current crate reward sym in towny is too bad compared to other gamemdes and enable the splash potions

I'm playing SC since a Month. I'm here to tell U guys u should improve the current towny crate reward system. The vote rewards in crate is always the same thing when we try 64 keys. we get same thing no any better reward and the next one is Boss create it gives useless items as money bag, soul pounch, spawn egg keys most of time when i try. they are easily obtainable so u should remove them and add some better rewards. I think players will love it, Next one is legendary reward system it become the only way to get boss summon make some other way to get boss summon outpost rewards in towny also useless u guys should introduse better reward system to towny soon bcz players face much inconvining bcz of this. and also enable the splash potion in pvp in towny its much fast way than drinkable one this was the second time i suggest that.and plz i know u guys staff members work so hard but can u plz be online. when we face to a trouble we are searching for staff members but they weren't online when we are in trouble so many bad words runinng on the chats peoples bulling others. i suggest u guys should add new staff members soon also.
I'm complainin this bcz i facing more trouble on this but think abt new players they won't playagain if stuff members are not react fast so plzz make this suggestions fast.
