Improvements for the server

1: remove the ai bots. a dead server is way better than faking activity with 200 bots spamming uwu in chat. just stop.
2: stop making kids and 14yos staff.
no offense but DESHA_ muting people cuz they annoyed his lil squad is actually crazy. bro is probably 13 sitting on his mom's laptop playing mc like its his full time job. theres a bunch of other kids on the team too but he was the funniest example.

3: delete all the ranks.
the moment this server becomes actual f2p and not a rigged p2w mess, real players will start joining. right now it looks super scammy and nobody wants to play when half the server has 50 custom ranks and perks while others are default slaves. there are 4 people with basically no job sitting in the server all day who have got enough ranks and perks to be on god mode and 80% of the server is just bots. so of course nobody wants to join this shit
