Towny Additions

1:
In PvPmine, After sometime the blocks/items stop dropping when you break them when the chunk has a certain amount of items/blocks dropped on the ground. This is pretty annoying and the chunk fills up really fast when you're using enchants like BlastMining or Tunnel.
Im suggesting to either increase the limit of items a chunk can have or add wands in towny so we can get "Telekenesis" th.. See more

Title

Add the title "Abraxas"

AutoShred in ChestHoppers is very Costly

As we know, In the chesthopper the autosell upgrade unlocks only on 1,000,000.00. On the other hand, the autoshred is for 7,000,000.00
There is a big difference in shred and autosell and players don't even get that much shards on shredding the items inside the containers. I think this price should be reduced because 7 million is too much for such a less result.

Planter

Like the harvester, There should be an item Planter which automatically plants the seeds inside it after the harvester harvests the crops. Or there should be no need to fill it with seeds if its expensive in price. Thank you
