Offering:

i am a builder may be a normal one i know how to make some automatic farms (not the potion one ) and some manuals one and i am pretty good at making bases and stuff i can make builds for u guise if anyone want a base/home or any kind of farm let me know ;). (but i will charge for it ofcourse)

Looking for:

it depends on the build u are asking to make if u want a base of like 2 chunks it would be 3 to 4million or i can negotiate on it and if u r asking me to make farm from bedrock till the block limit it would around 100mil (some bargaining will work perfectly) .. ;)

love u all i just want to help pepols i saw the bases ppls make and those arnt nice at all i would make my own design though u can just tell me the theeme /mail send X_PhAnToM_ will maybe get ur reply faster then the website ..
