Add a bunch of features to strongcraft.org (the website) similar to being able to see where/when you last logged on/got kicked, being able to see the last time someone else got kicked, adding a timer for server resets so that people know when its going to reset, add improvements to the website design, make the thing look a lil better, make the shop look nicer and just generally make it better? Oh, and a sort of warn board, that shows all the players with the most warns in the month/week/fortnight.
