Suggestion #241

it would be a good idea if at the end of the month it would actually say something like "The current voting period has ended" instead of what is currently displayed "Next voting period starts in 1 second. Check out top voters for the previous month." which you could understand why some find it confusing and it would also be great if people would get they're vouchers at the end of the voting period rather than at the start of a new one , or maybe at least specify that somewhere "if you are one of the top 5 voters you will receive a voucher (list of the voucher value you get for each place) at the start of the new voting period / end of the current one" so people wouldn't have to ask when they get they're vouchers.
