wind charges and mace pvp

I Would like to give my suggestion about mace pvp. Mace pvp depends on 2 factors ether you use wind charges (the easier option) or elytras and fireworks ( the harder option ) and as for the wind charges there is a long cooldown that ruins Mace pvp, macing with fireworks is really hard so people mostly use wind charges but wind charges have i long cooldown so i suggest you to decrease maybe even ..
