If We Notice The Spawn Its Very Very Different From The Normal Wild World I Think If The Spawn Has Builds Which
After Every Reset The Players Joins And Grind Then Make The Spawn Like Statues and Buildings.Which Will No Be Claimable At A Diameter Then After Some Days When Builds Are Complete Then The spawn should Claimed As It Is Now Pla.. See more

Can Be Shown
For Example:
Welcome [NameOfTheNewPlayer] To The Server StrongCraft
The Welcome Color Can Be &c With &l And Name Can Be Shown In &7 &l Then To Can Be &0 With A &l
Then The Can be Also &0 With &l And Lastly Server Should Be Shown In &8 With &l And As Usual Stron.. See more
